The Prehen Boat house is in Derry.
From Coleraine, follow the sighs into Derry,dont cross over the bridges, stay on the River left at all times.
Go past the Railway Station, stay in Left lane,Follow the signs for Strabane and about 1 mile from the Criagavon Bridge, the boat house is on the Right opposite the Everglades Hotel.
